Who we are


St John the Divine is part of the Billericay and Little Burstead Team Ministry, committed to following the teachings of Jesus, ‘loving God and loving our neighbour.’

St John the Divine is a church that seeks to welcome all people to walk together as we explore the way of Jesus. We can’t always get that right, but our intention is good; to live united in God’s love and to share that love with all whom we come across.

As well as meeting on Sundays to worship we endeavour to share the good news of God through the way we live, the way we shape our priorities, the way we treat each other, through acts of loving service in our town and through a prayerful relationship with God.
